PSN is down!

since last night i can't login keep getting an error (80710A06).... so i searched online truns out that their servers have been hacked

yup! no access yet... atleast now i when i try to login it says "Playstation Network is currently undergoing maintenance." LOL

psn admin accounts were breached leaving ppls account info and credit card numbers vulnerable, therefor they immediatly shud down all servers. the reason they are taking so long is that they are taking the advantage of the already downed network to re-build and tighten the security of their inferstructure (probably spelled that wrong)

also were reports of deleting trophies, some ppl with platinums in certain games had all game trophies for those games completely deleted

that's why i never like thier auto charge method! i would rather go to gamestop and purchase a PSN credit. since their system is down I know a lot of people are just collecting trophies and I'll be pissed if they won't sync my new collection of trophies ...

alot of ppl saying they want to switch to X-Box360. if they dont like whats going on with psn right now then they will HATE xbox live LOL


i gotta xbox.... its my ps3 stand and is never used unless being my ps3's pedistall (probably spelled that wrong too)

you know while i was looking online for more information i noticed that some people mentioned that XBOX Live was down for a week or two in 2008 ... so what's the difference here? Infact I used to be one of the XBOX Live Beta Users when they first start using it and I've no plan to switch back......

yeah xbox is trash, pay to play games online that you have already payed for and then... play them with dvd quality immages.

plus xbox exclusives suck, tho i wouldnt mind trying reach or gears 3, and maaaybe the new forza motor sport

Lucky you all get the 30 day free playstation + service, nothing special for current members of playstaiton + .... Damn it

current PS+ members get an extra 30 days tied onto what they already have, so if u got half a month left ul now have a month and a half kinda hoping they fire it up tonight

also they said somewhere that we will get special things created just for the appology of the network being down, wonder what they going to give us..

I hope it's something good not a free game like SuperSonic LOL.... insomniac games was planning to release a public beat for PS+ members so let's hope the timing is right so that everyone will be able to access the R3 beta

i cant find out if North America gets it with PS+ or not, it only confirms EU with ps+ and north america with purchase of Socom 4
